Camp Dick is located up from the Peaceful valley campground. The Peaceful Valley area is where the Peak to Peak Highway and the Middle Saint Vrain Creek meet. Dick Fest takes place a mile hike up from the Camp Dick trail head.

Preparation
Manifest
- Sit down facing a corner of a dark closet.
- Ideate your attendance and activities.
- Come out of the closet.
Pre Flight
Pack
You'll have to carry that weight [one mile].
Arrival
Travel
- Peak to Peak between Ward and Raymond, aux Jamestown, Ward, Lyons or Allenspark.
- Drive through Peacful Valley Campground.
- Trailhead at end of road.
Hike
- Take the trail leading to the right off the off-road road.
- Cross the bridge a short 80m later to hike along the East side of the Middle Saint Vrain.
- Bout halfway there is an ever shrinking strip of Aspens near a site some have previously camped.
- It opens up more deffinitively at the second clearing where there is a line of site to the Dickface.
- As this clearing ends, look for the double rainbow and head towards the water.
Bring
Pack a few things. In fact pack more.
Water
Water is deliciously heavy! You could alternatively pack pills or filters for the stream nearby or achieve giardesic symbiosis.
Layers
It's gonna drop at night. Listen to your brother. Is that a real pancho or a Sears pancho?
Tarp
A good bit of cordage and you can improvise a web to provide shelter and sustenance.
Papier Toilette
Real life saver in a pinch. Suggest quilted, unused or slightly used.
Light
Pack something with batteries to help you orient yourself in case your love light dims.
Layzther
Higher wattage will allow for greater range and facilitate more galactically diverse correspondance.
